All tour purchases are nonrefundable.
Reservation Fee
Reservations need to be made at least 7 days in advance and require a $15 reservation fee. The reservation fee is nonrefundable but will be applied fully to the purchase price of your tour. If Spirit of the Wildwood LLC cancels your tour reservation due to weather or other unforeseen factors, however, your reservation fee will be fully refunded.

Liability Waiver Required
Although the areas we visit are on well-established trails and our top priority is to provide safe visits for all ages, physical activity anywhere carries risk. Prior to all hikes or workshops, the Spirit of the Wildwood LLC Liability Waiver needs to be signed by all clients over 18 and by parents or legal guardians for all clients under 18.
